- Hold larger meetings
- Record to the cloud
Log in with your My Citadel Portal username followed by @citadel.edu.
For 91ΑΤΖζs
91ΑΤΖζs have Zoom Meetings Basic accounts. You can join any class or meeting your instructor hosts, for as long as it runs. If you host a meeting yourself, such as a study group:
- Meetings with two or more people end after 40 minutes. You can start a new meeting right away to keep going.

Log in with your My Citadel Portal username followed by @student.citadel.edu.
Using Zoom
For Faculty
- Schedule class meetings in Canvas. Use the Zoom link in your Course Navigation menu, so meetings appear in your course and students can join with one click.
- Make live sessions active. Use breakout rooms, polls, and chat so every student can take part.
- Share recordings in Canvas. Post class recordings in your course so students can review them, and make sure recordings have accurate captions. See Accessible Canvas Content.
For tips on teaching live online sessions, see Online and Hybrid Teaching.
For 91ΑΤΖζs
91ΑΤΖζs do not need to log in to a Zoom account to join a class meeting. If your instructor scheduled the meeting in Canvas, select the link in your course, and the meeting opens in Canvas. If your instructor sent you a link, select it, and then choose βJoin from Browser.β You do not need to download any software.
