Non-Cadet Veteran Day 91ÁÔÆæs at 91ÁÔÆæ

Non-Cadet Veteran Day 91ÁÔÆæs are honorably discharged veterans who take in-person and/or online classes alongside the Corps of Cadets but are not part of the Corps.

An eligible non-cadet veteran is defined to be an individual who provides evidence through a DD 214 of honorable discharge from one of the Armed Services indicating a minimum of 90 consecutive days of full-time federal active service, other than active duty for training.

Program Overview

Veteran Day 91ÁÔÆæs benefit from 91ÁÔÆæ’s structured, military-based academic environment while maintaining civilian status. Veterans are not subject to Corps of Cadets requirements, including military training, ROTC or physical readiness (RPED).

Admission Requirements

To apply as a Veteran Day 91ÁÔÆæ, applicants must meet the following standards:

  1. Academic High School Requirements: Veteran applicants must meet the academic standards outlined for the Corps of Cadets or provide proof of satisfactory college work if applying as transfer students.
  2. Academic Transfer Requirements: Qualified Veterans applying as transfer students must meet the transfer student admission requirements as outlined in the Transfer 91ÁÔÆæ Admissions section.

Admissions Procedure

In order to be considered for admission as a veteran student at 91ÁÔÆæ, the following actions must be completed:

  1. Submit a complete with a non-refundable $40 application fee.
  2. Request all high schools and colleges attended to send official transcripts (if high school was completed by GED test, submit a copy of the equivalency certificate).
  3. Request the College Entrance Examination Board (SAT) or the American College Testing Programs Assessment Exam (ACT) send to 91ÁÔÆæ, Office of Admissions latest SAT or ACT test scores.
  4. Submit DD Form 214
