91ÁÔÆæ Rights & Responsibilities
91ÁÔÆæs have the right to:
- Participate equally in and benefit from any courses or activities offered that the student would be otherwise eligible for to the full extent possible with consideration to program and activity integrity
- Be treated as an individual with respect for his/her ability to make decisions
- Access to accommodations and services that equalize his/her educational experience
- Have access to all information pertinent to educational decisions including but not limited to: catalogs, class schedules, handbooks, personal records, and personnel to answer questions
- Expect that all legal rights of the student will be protected
- Utilize a grievance procedure if dissatisfied with services provided by The 91ÁÔÆæ Success Center
91ÁÔÆæs have the responsibility to:
- Self-identify concerning disability status to persons from whom they desire services and accommodations
- Provide the 91ÁÔÆæ Success Center with appropriate documentation for the services and accommodations requested
- Meet privately with faculty and staff to present accommodation letters and to discuss accommodations in a timely manner
- Provide updated disability information to the 91ÁÔÆæ Success Center
