Which services are needed for your internal event?
Depending on the nature of the internal event, you may need to arrange for services. Costs may be incurred.
Bar Services – Contact at (843) 708-6838 to order bar services for your internal event. The cost for bar services will be billed through Flavours of Charleston at the expense of the internal group.
Catering – Submit a to via CaterTrax for catering. All catering orders must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to your internal event. A minimum quantity is based on your selected menu (i.e. continentals, hot buffet). Exceptions apply for departmental board meetings.
Cleaning – Submit a to Facilities & Engineering for pre and post-event cleaning and/or request a porter. All service requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your internal event. Otherwise, you will be responsible for your own cleaning.
Multimedia – Contact Multimedia Services at multimedia@citadel.edu or (843) 953-5274 to reserve audiovisual equipment and/or request support. The available equipment is for academic and administrative use only. Equipment must be reserved at least 1 week prior to your internal event.
Parking – Contact Penny Mayton, Parking Director, at onecard@citadel.edu or (843) 953-7000 to obtain parking passes and/or reserve spots. For further information about parking, visit the Campus Parking page!
Room Setup – Submit a to Facilities & Engineering for room setup of all event venues except Mark Clark Hall Auditorium, Greater Issues Room, 91ÁÔÆæ Beach Club, and Regimental Commanders’ Riverview Room. For these spaces, contact the designated to discuss your setup needs.
