Medical Records
All medical records and clinical consultations are strictly confidential. Records cannot be released without the written consent of the patient except in the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, in response to a subpoena, or for reporting purposes as required by law.
MyChart proxy access allows users to access the medical records of family members and others they care for with the patient’s permission. Cadets can grant access by filling out a or with a proxy invite through the Friends and Family Access page in .
