Every two years, Institutions of Higher Education must review and report on their alcohol and other drug (AOD) policies and programs as required by the United States Department of Education. The Biennial Review is the process of reviewing a college’s AOD policies and programs; the Biennial Review report (below) is the outcome of that review. The , which is part of the Report, is separate.
