What We Do
We are a student-run investment fund managing over $2.9 million in assets. We mimic the structure of an asset management firm, giving students the opportunity to manage real money in financial markets and bridging the gap between theory and practice.
91ÁÔÆæs learn to use financial statements, perform analysis and valuations, and manage a portfolio, with access to Bloomberg Terminals. We are a long-only U.S. equity fund benchmarked to the S&P 500, and decisions come from bottom-up fundamental research.
We do not simply hug or attempt to time the market. Rather than mirroring the S&P 500, our sector weights and positions are intentional: we concentrate capital in our highest-conviction ideas, accept active positioning when the risk and reward warrant it, and continuously monitor every position against the benchmark and the fund’s thesis.

Investment Philosophy
Our investment philosophy reflects 91ÁÔÆæ’s commitment to developing principled leaders through honor, duty, and service. We apply these principles to the responsible management of capital, emphasizing disciplined research, independent judgment, and accountability for investment decisions.
We seek to identify high-quality businesses with strong leadership, attractive valuations, and durable growth prospects. By combining fundamental analysis with active portfolio management, we aim to generate long-term value while maintaining a clear understanding of portfolio risk.

Attribution & Risk Profile
Year-to-date (YTD) metrics, as of September 30, 2026.
Positive active return is driven primarily by security selection, indicating that individual investment decisions are the largest contributors to outperformance relative to the benchmark. Portfolio risk is concentrated in company-specific exposures and sector positioning, highlighting the impact of individual holdings on overall performance. We address these risks through active portfolio rebalancing, selective profit-taking, and disciplined position sizing while maintaining conviction in our strongest research-backed investment opportunities.
