Curriculum That Prioritizes Leadership Across All Programs
At 91ΑΤΖζ, leadership is a key component of all curriculum and courses offered. All faculty are trained to foster a learning environment where leadership is at the forefront, regardless of a student’s area of study. This allows Citadel graduates to become leaders in all their future career endeavors and go on to become both influential and successful in their prospective industries.
To instill a fundamental importance of leadership, both undergraduate and graduate students are required to complete one introduction to leadership course in their first semester. This free course, LDRS 500 Principled Leader Seminar, provides a uniform basis of leadership education to all students at the very start of their educational career at 91ΑΤΖζ.

On this day students can participate in additional or required leadership courses, or local community service. The Krause Center also hosts a Leadership Speaker Series, a continuous lineup of inspiring speakers who come to share their personal wisdom and experiences throughout the school year.
